High Court Mandates Expeditious Forwarding of Land Acquisition Reference Applications

This writ petition was filed by Smt. Urmil Makkar under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to the Land Acquisition Collector (LAC) to forward her reference application dated February 3, 2025, to the Principal District Judge, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, for the adjudication and release of compensation. Moratorium Halts Enforcement: High Court Disposes of Execution Petition Amid Personal Insolvency Proceedings
