Pursuit of Representation Leads to Withdrawal of Arbitration Petition

Moratorium Halts Enforcement: High Court Disposes of Execution Petition Amid Personal Insolvency Proceedings

The present execution petition was brought before the Delhi High Court by the Decree Holder, Louis Dreyfus Company India Pvt. Ltd., against the Judgment Debtors, Mr. Krishan Dhingra and Anr.
